The Ruby Active Client is a universally extensible, thin, handheld client that enables real-time, two-way wireless interaction with many critical applications. From a device-native interface, field workers can monitor real-time data feeds, receive critical notifications, and remotely take action through dynamic application controls. The Ruby Active Client allows disconnected operation and is capable of delivering fast performance even in low-bandwidth CDPD environment (utilizing a proprietary net data transfer mechanism).
